Great writing and so well read. It's a wry, quirky, sometimes humorous view of small town life where a kind of hard-chaw naivety and innocence is perplexed and frightened even, by the mindless hysteria of the mob that grabs unto someone or something to hate while discarding all shreds of compassion and decency. There is quite a scary undertone to the 'Summer of Monsters and Poison Water'. Looking forward to more of this.
